Returns Policy Returns policy: We offer a 7-day money back guarantee on all domestic equipment. If you are not entirely satisfied simply, return the goods to us in their original Condition (with a copy of your invoice) for an immediate full refund.


You can cancel an order (not yet shipped) within 24 hours after we have received it. You can return new, unopened items from a cancelled order within 1 weeks after they have been delivered to you. Items should be returned in their original packaging. ,all refunds will be paid back to you via your paypal account,all cheque payments will be paid back to you by cheque,all refunds will be paid back in full less postage costs.In the case of faulty goods a full refund will be issused with no further costs to you.

To cancel an order please either:

• Ring the contact number stating of your purchase online and your request to cancel the order. You will then be asked to supply the order number so please have this at hand. You may also be asked for further details to confirm your identity.
• Send an e-mail to the contact e-mail addres in the contact page quoting your order number, contents of order as well as your name and address.
