Its just clever manipulation from the Edinburgh promotion, keeping Katajisto at reserve for them has made all the difference.

What REALLY makes me angry is the fact Tobias Busch turned up with NO BIKES and is deemed to be witholding his services he faces a 28 day ban. So why the hell do they get a facilty to cover him, its an absolute disgrace. It really makes Edinburgh stronger as Busch hasnt cut the mustard but it seems the correct application of the rules hasnt been followed.  Angry Angry

Edinburgh have not broken any rules, but in my book some of the things that have gone on do not seem morally right. They may all be perfectly innocent, but it seems very strange. But how do you try and change it when the chairman of the governing body is the Edinburgh promoter. Imagine the uproar if we had put Chris on a bike and let him break the tapes, thus completing 12 matches to get his new higher average, it would have been morally wrong, but not breaking the rules.  People are always moaning about GD's revolving door, but how many riders have been through Edinburgh's team this year?

The thing that I  find strange  is that Edinburgh took on a German rider who has come to  this country, with  one bike, no sponsorship in his own country and no sponsorship in this country.
That rider comes to Edinburgh on an assessed average of 7 points, but after his 6th meeting his bike is damaged and he cannot afford to repair the bike, and  tells the Promotion the  day before the meeting that he is unable to ride as he does not have the equipment, so the  team then have claim that  the rider is withholding his  services and they can use  the rider  replacement facility for 28 days.
For me the rider  is not withholding his services, the club must have known that this could possibly happen so why should they be allowed the rider replacement facility.

I also find it strange that somone at the club wouldnt ave loaned him an engine rememeber JL doing that to Kaisek last year and Johnno lending Wuffy an engine this year at the Semi Final at Sheffield earlier on this year...

Maybe something to do with the fact that he's crap, therefore not worth lending a pair of gloves to let alone a bike.
It's all worked out so well for them hasn't it, they must be over the moon.

Speedway as a joke is getting less funny every week.

I am absolutely pissed off with what is going on, the running of speedway in this country  is a mockery, somebody should contact the FIM and tell them, about the cretins who run the sport in the UK Angry
