A blast from the past.

Here is a short silent cinefilm conversion of the Brummies vs Leicester from what we think is a meeting in 1980.
There is also a few clips from a Open Meeting from the same year.

So can anyone work out who's who in the clips?
Plus have we got the correct year?

In one of the later Leicester races, is it not Steve Bastable in the red helmet with the black and white check leathers...?  I seem to remember him wearing ones similar.

Good crowds too eh.
